What the Human Origin Label is

The Human Origin Label is a free pilot program. A “Process reviewed” badge records that the creator named on its verification page showed us evidence of a human creative process for the work described there, on the date shown. It is not a certification within the meaning of the French Consumer Code, and it is not a guarantee that no artificial intelligence tool was used at any point.

A “Self-declared” badge is a commitment made by the creator alone. We do not review it and cannot vouch for it.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the evidence they present and for how they display their badge. We may revoke a badge at any time if we have reason to believe our standard has not been followed.

Intellectual property

The Human Origin name, the badges, the seal and the content of this website are protected. Creators taking part in the program, and anyone displaying the self-declared badge in line with our standard, may display the badge using the code we provide, without altering it. Any other use requires our written permission.

If you believe a badge is displayed without authorization, or that content on this website is unlawful, please write to contact@lochness-paris.com.
